PROOFS- Proofs are emailed within 2 business days of purchase (M-F). You will be allowed 2 modifications for free. Each additional modification will be $5.00 each. Products are printed and shipped within 4 business days after proof approval (M-F). We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
RUSH ORDER-There is up to a $30 rush fee for expedited orders.

The standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping can take 7 or more days depending upon your preferred method of delivery.

~We will replace your item if it is damaged or defective. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the item.
~We will REFUND/REPLACE the item as soon as possible if there is a mistake on our part, please give us an opportunity to make it right before you leave FEEDBACK.
